Dr. Locketz received his education and training from some of the top hospitals across the country and across the world, including Stanford University, Tel Aviv University, UPenn, and NYU - where he completed a highly prestigious Fellowship through the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery with the world-renowned Deep Plane Facelift pioneer Dr. David Rosenberg. Preceding his Fellowship, Dr. Locketz spent five years training with the nationally recognized rhinoplasty master Dr. Jason Bloom.
